About the Division
The division implements programs to encourage enhancement and improved efficiency of organizational practices regarding all disciplines within the agency. The division’s efforts contribute to the overall organizational effectiveness and mission readiness.
The division is composed of two primary sections, each managed by an assistant division director.
The Organizational Support and Administrative Services Section is responsible for policy development, review, and revision. It guides agency strategic planning, orchestrates agency efforts for accreditation compliance, and manages departmental forms, manuals, and reference materials.
The Internal Support Services and Statistical Analysis Section manages the Statistical Analysis Center, conducts internal division and troop staff inspections, has oversight over statewide property control practices, coordinates special projects, and is responsible for the overall supervision of clerical support staff within the division.

Statistical Analysis Center
Part of a nationwide affiliation of statistical centers sponsored by the U.S. Department of Justice, operated under the direction of RDD.
Staff Inspections and Property Control
Internal inspections and audits that ensure organizational compliance, and coordination of the statewide property control system.
Policy, Forms, and Strategic Planning
Development, review, and revision of agency policy; management of statewide forms, manuals, and reference materials; and the agency Strategic Plan.
CALEA Accreditation
The Patrol’s law enforcement accreditation, first received in November 1992 and maintained since that date.
