About the Unit
The Expungement Processing Unit (EPU) is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing expungement/record relief petitions and court orders. This includes identity theft, mistaken identity, and Governor Pardons.
Expungement/record relief requests are governed by Missouri statute and follow a court petition process.
