About the Custodian of Records
The Patrol Records Division houses the Missouri State Highway Patrol's Custodian of Records, who is responsible for the dissemination of records outside the agency within the guidelines set forth by the Missouri Sunshine Law (Chapter 610, Missouri Revised Statutes).
The Custodian of Records is Lieutenant Gerard “Jerry” Callahan.
