How Patrol Surplus Is Sold
All Missouri State Highway Patrol surplus equipment is sold on GovDeals or through a sealed bid process.

Sealed Bid Opportunities
- Sealed bids must be received by the advertised closing date via e-mail or other written form. No phone bids will be accepted.
- All items purchased must be paid for and picked up within five working days after notification.
- Payments are made by check or money order to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. No cash will be accepted.
