• Driver Examiner: Administers driving tests and issues driver licenses at licensing offices throughout the state.

• Motor Vehicle Inspector: Conducts safety inspections of motor vehicles at inspection stations and investigates complaints related to the inspection program.

• Commercial Vehicle Officer: Enforces federal and state laws pertaining to commercial motor vehicles and drivers at inspection facilities and on Missouri roadways.

• Communications Operator: Dispatches troopers and other emergency personnel and operates the Patrol's communications systems at troop headquarters.

• Crime Laboratory: Forensic scientists, evidence technicians, and laboratory support staff.
